"Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth."

Our Father, who art in Heaven, forgive me, and let me rejoice in Your glory, and may I praise You with invincible joy. Like the apostles, who were afraid and discouraged at the sight of the Passion and death of Christ, but were later filled with joy at the Resurrection, the promise, and the coming of the Holy Spirit, may I fill my heart with the same joy that comes from You, despite seeing all the evils and sorrows that befall us in this earthly exile of ours. May no suffering overcome the joy of trusting in You.

In my tiny littleness, may I feel the beauty and happiness in the gift that You give us of adoring You, Jesus, my Lord and my God, You who are present in Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, in the Most Holy Sacrament.

May I allow myself to be operated by the Graces poured out by the hands of the Most Holy Mary, so that I may better follow and praise You.

May I always be grateful and humbly use all these gifts, with the help and protection of my Guardian Angel, to whom Your mercy has entrusted me.

With all the Angels and Saints, I want to sing praises to You, today and always, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
